Hello!

I am Mr. Ogle and I teach science at Southern Guilford. I came to Southern Guilford in the Spring of 2025 after taking a couple of years off from teaching to start a business or two. Formerly, I taught Biology and Earth Science at Ragsdale High School in Jamestown, NC.

I studied and earned a bachelor's degree in Theoretical Linguistics and Russian International Studies at UNC Greensboro. In 2007, I spent a semester studying and teaching English in Kazan, Russia.

After graduating, I worked for a few years before deciding to return to UNCG to study pre-medicine, where I received a post-baccalaureate certificate. From there, I began using science for my own businesses and decided that I would also like to fulfill my longtime passion of being an educator.

I am excited to bring my passion, expertise, and experiences to SG!
