Drew Holland

Hello students, parents and others,

                My name is Drew Holland and I am the CTE Automotive instructor at Southern Guilford High School. I have 2 children, my daughter Madeline, and my son Evan. I am also married to my wonderful wife Heather, who is an elementary school teacher. Together we are a family of four in 3 different school districts and 4 different schools, it’s a lot to keep up with!!

                I have been a teacher at Southern since the 2024 school year. I am an ASE certified technician with 12 years of experience. These experiences include titles such as project manager, lube technician, lead technician, and operations manager. Prior to entry into the automotive industry, I worked as an academic tutor for learning disabilities at Forsyth Technical Community College. My degree in Mathematics has helped me understand the complex electrical systems of today's vehicles. My background in the business side of things differentiates me from other mechanics and I am excited to share my knowledge with future generations.
