GCS Budget

GCS approaches budget development in a conservative and fiscally prudent manner. This approach helps ensure we are making wise use of the taxpayer dollars entrusted to us. We will continue to be good stewards of taxpayer funds as we plan for the future. 

As we soar to greatness, we do it as our state continues to struggle with economic issues and a higher unemployment rate than most of the United States. We know it will take support from our students, employees, parents and county residents to reach our goal of graduating students who are leaders in the classroom and the community. 

The GCS budget comes from three main sources: federal, state and local funds.
