  • Interested in receiving CEU's for an online course you have taken?

    Please note, you must submit an "Out of District Event Request" online in Performance Matters once you have a certificate of completion to attach. Please make sure all courses, workshops or learning opportunities you attend are at least 3 hours. You must provide a certificate and select the credit type you would like to receive for credit to be awarded. If you will be requesting Digital Learning Competency credit, visit the Blended Learning website for additional steps.

Out of District Event Request

  • To earn CEU credit for online workshops/courses/events NOT affiliated with GCS, you will need to submit an Out of District Event Request for each course/workshop:

    • Here is the link to Performance Matters to request the Out of District Event:
    • Once you have completed the course/event, and submitted an Out of District Event Request it will be processed by the Professional Learning Department.

    • If your Out of District Event Request is requesting Digital Learning Competency credit make sure you have approval from the Blended Learning Department first. Your request must align with the Digital Learning Competencies.


    Please Note: If you took courses on the DPI server – Look underneath “My Courses” – there is a section called “Learning Opportunities” – that is where you can find your transcript of completed DPI courses (to print, save as a PDF, etc.). This certificate will need to be attached to your Out of District Event Request that you submit in Performance Matters.
