  • GCS Required Approvals:

    Up to $100,000.00: Principal or Supervisor > Grants Acquisition Office

    $100,000.00-$249,999.00: Principal or Supervisor > Grants Acquisition Office > Grants Approval Committee

    $250,000.00 and higher: Principal or Supervisor > Grants Acquisition Office > Cabinet > Board of Education  

    *Grants of any size that involved personnel, facilities changes, or research proposals require review by the Grants Approval Committee

    Schools and central office departments share responsibilities for grant proposal development and submission. The Office of Grants Acquisition is the clearinghouse for approvals and technical assistance. Use the table below as a guide to how these responsibilities are shared in the district:
