Mock Trial

Mock trial club allows students to learn about the legal system through a rehearsed trial process. In a mock trial, students work in teams to analyze a hypothetical case, prepare a trial strategy, and act out every role in the trial. They may take on the role of attorneys or witnesses, and present their case in front of a panel of judges. We will work progressively through scripted trials first, then proceed to working through a mock trial only using evidence and deposition documents. 

For 2024-2025, the club will meet on Monday mornings from 8:00-8:50 in room 109. To join, you must complete the commitment form no later than October 15th (Mock Trial is currently over capacity as of 10/03/2024).
