Welcome to the Lincoln Performing Arts Band Program

My name is Mr. Parnell and I am the Band Director at the Academy at Lincoln.

This is my 8th year at Lincoln and my 18th year as an educator.

I have Bachelor's and Master’s Degrees in Music Education from UNCG.
