I am a Career and College Manager. I am your career facilitating agent, who works to ensure students are guided into a talent pipeline for in-demand, high-skilled and/or high-wage occupations that aligns with the students's passions, knowledge, skills and interests.

I am very pleased to be working with the students of Southeast Guilford High School. I am a 20 year veteran in education and a National Board Certified Teacher who has taught Personal Finance, Marketing and Microsoft applications. I received my undergraduate degree from Shaw University and my Master's degree in Education from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC. My experience includes working with Guilford Technical Community College where I facilitated Microsoft courses in the Business and Industry Corporate training division and taught virtual courses for GCS while employed by Pearson for assessment center scoring.

My interests include traveling to engage in unique experiences such as swimming with dolphins in the Caribbean, frollicking with tigers in Thailand, riding camels at The Great Pyramids of Egypt and even visiting the top of the Eiffel Tower in Paris. I thoroughly enjoy spending time with my family but especially my grandson and granddaughter.
