NWHS FINAL TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS

Student Must Make Request

NC Colleges (including Community Colleges) = CFNC Transcript Manager
- www.cfnc.org (No account? Create one)
- Click “Apply to College”
- Click “Application Hub”, “Request High School Transcripts” & follow additional instructions
- If you used CFNC to apply and send transcripts to college, CFNC will automatically send final transcripts. CFNC will start releasing transcripts on 6/19/25. Colleges are aware of this date. 
- If you used the Common App to apply to the in-state college you will be attending, send your     transcript through CFNC. Counselors do not send Common App final transcripts.

OUT OF STATE COLLEGES = GCS ScribOrder             - https://guilfordnc.scriborder.com/
- Click “Current Student” (click the backpack)
- Complete the entire form
- Bottom of screen, green box: - Reason for request of student records = College
            - Select the information type requested = Final Transcript

NOTE: Beginning July 1^st you will be considered alumni and will choose former student and be charged for a transcript

requested separately from GTCC website.*****
