Mrs. Jessica Batts

Welcome, my name is Mrs. Batts and I'm originally from Wilmington, NC, where I was born and raised. After high school, I attended North Carolina A&T SU and graduated with a degree in Food and Nutritional Science. From there I taught at Scotland High School for 2 years and then decided to go back to college for a masters degree, which I also received from NCA&T. Upon completion, I taught at Eastern Randolph from 2015 to 2020. In 2020, I transferred to a school closer to my home, which is NWHS. I have two kids, one 6 and one 9, and I am newly married. I love teaching subjects that students can use in their everyday life and I'm interested in how this year is going to go. So let's make the best of this time!
