Art

Art education classes are offered to students at Gateway once a week, every other week. All students aged 5 to 21 have the opportunity to participate. Art is an exciting and enriching part of our lives.  Arts Education is a platform for expression, communication, exploration, and imagination.  We have lots of opportunities for exploration with paint and clay and craft activities.   In art we learn through the exploration of colors, textures and design. We use art materials linked to text and monthly classroom themes.
