Hi Parents! 

I am the speech language pathologist here at Joyner. This is my fifteenth year here and my 412nd(!!) as a licensed educator who gets to work with kids!!! I have a degree in special education from the University of Virginia and have taught both typical and special education students in Virginia, Texas, and North Carolina. I received my degree for speech from UNCG and have been an SLP for 23 years. I am married and have two daughters, a baby grandson, and an extended step-family. At this time, I have just one, sweet, elderly kitty named Jenny.  I love traveling, animals, nature, reading, hiking, gardening, doing mosaics, and the list goes on and on. I also love talking about speech-related subjects!
