Welcome to 2nd Grade!

    Hello! I am Ms. Preslan. This is my 23rd year of teaching in the Guilford County School System, and my 13th year here at Joyner Elementary. I received my bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Greenboro College. I’m excited about this coming school year. My goal for this year is to create a classroom community where all students feel welcome and excited to learn.

    In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my parents, my cats, Tinkerbell and Teddy, and friends. My brother and his family live in Georgia. I have a niece and two nephews whom I like to keep up with their activities. I love to stay active and enjoy working out.

   I look forward to getting to know you and your child this year.
