Meet Mrs. A-D!!

This is my 23rd year of teaching and my 15th year here at Joyner. I am originally from Southern California, went to college in Ohio, and now call North Carolina my home. I earned my associate degree in California and graduated with my Bachelor's degree in Education at Ohio Dominican University in Columbus, Ohio.

I live out in the country (Oak Ridge) with my wife,Valerie, and my two dogs, Dempsey and Barley. In my free time I love to read, read, read. I am also a die-hard Ohio State Football fan, and enjoy spending time at the beach and drinking Starbuck's coffee.

This year I am teaching math to all 5th graders at Joyner. 

I look forward to turning all students into math-magicians!
