The Andrews Early College of Health Sciences is marketed to rising ninth grade and tenth-grade students interested in a career in the health care industry. Students interested in attending must complete an admission application that includes self-reported interests/activities, essays and letters of recommendation. Students will be asked to submit recent test scores/report cards for consideration.
To be accepted, the applicant must be of good character, have excellent attendance, and have at least a 2.8 GPA (grade point average). For eighth-graders, students must be in good academic standing. It is preferred that students complete Math 1 (Algebra), but this does NOT disqualify those who have not completed it.
