Homework

Guilford County Schools asks all students to read for a minimum of 30 minutes each day.  Any homework assignments will be sent home in the yellow take home folder.

Incomplete Work

If students don’t finish their class work, it will be sent home to be completed as homework. I will attach an Uh-Oh! note explaining why the work was not complete. Students are expected to complete incomplete classwork as homework.  I always encourage my students to do their best work on their classwork.  If there are any errors, I will circle them, and have them correct the errors.  Time doesn’t always allow for students to correct their work in class.  Please review errors with your child and help them fix them at home.

Make-Up Work

If your child is absent, missed work will be given when they return to school.  Please complete missed work and return within 5 school days.
