Announcing SchoolCash Online

Starting Dec. 2, our district is using a new tool to collect online payments. SchoolCash Online will allow you to pay for field trips, yearbooks, athletics fees and other items electronically. No more scrambling to find cash and hoping it makes it to your child’s teacher on time! To access the new system and set up your parent account, go to https://gcsnc.schoolcashonline.com/. It will only take a few minutes to set up. SchoolCash Online will be used to pay for all purchased items except cafeteria items, which will continue using the K12 Payment Center system until later this spring, when the district will switch to a system called School Café. Funds deposited in K12 Payment Center will be reallocated to the new platform. 

By minimizing cash and check payments at our schools, we can increase safety & security in the schools, allow staff to focus on students, and make life more convenient for teachers and parents:
