    All orders must be placed online after November 20th directly with Herff Jones or you may call 336-228-7770 to reach their office.

    Cap and Gowns are shipped directly to the school and held until pickup.

    Swag, jewelry, etc. will be shipped to your home unless you specifically request shipment to the school. 

    • The Ragsdale Class of 2025 graduation ceremony will take place on Wednesday, June 11th, 7:30 pm at the Greensboro Coliseum Special Events Center. Graduate candidates arrive by 6:00p.m.

      Important Dates 

        • Cap & Gown orders - late orders will come directly to the school and Ms. Alker will contact you when they arrive
        • April 21, 2025: Service Learning Hours due
        • May 6, 2025:  OPTIONAL Cap and Gown photos - sign up for a timeslot here - you MUST prepay for your photo package, after placing your order, please print your order confirmation and bring it with you to your scheduled appointment! Contact Strawbridge studios at (866) 624-6229 with any questions. 
        • May 20, 2025: Senior Prank (you must sign up w StuCo- information coming soon!)
        • May 21, 2025: Senior Walks at JME, Millis, Union Hill and Pilot - Please wear cap and gown
        • May 22, 2025: Senior Awards (students arrive by 6:15pm, event starts at 6:30pm)- Please wear cap and gown
        • May 30, 2025: On-site Graduation Practice (report to old gym by 9:15am- (NO CAP & GOWN) and Senior Picnic
        • June 4, 2025:  School-issued laptops and devices must be turned in
        • June 9, 2025:  12:45pm- Mandatory Graduation Practice (NO CAP & GOWN) @ Coliseum Special Events Center (Graduation tickets provided at this time- estimate is 8 tickets per graduate. All guests including infants must have a ticket)
        • June 10, 2025: 6-9:30 pm- Senior Sunset and Carnival
        • June 11, 2025: 7:30pm- Graduation @ Coliseum Special Events Center. All graduation candidates arrive by 6:15 in your cap and gown. Wear comfortable shoes. You will be standing for quite some time and walking. No purses or bags can be held, please leave them with family members. Photos will be taken of each graduate on stage during the ceremony by Lifetouch. To access your photos after the ceremony text 40884GY25 to 90738.

      Fees-graduation tickets cannot be issued until all fees are paid. https://gcsnc.schoolcashonline.com Please note that a transaction fee applies to all payments, including those made in person at the school using cash or check. We strongly encourage all payments to be made online for your convenience.
