FitnessGram Testing

All students will participate in FitnessGram Testing two times a year. (Fall and Spring). They will complete each test for better understanding and check for improved fitness. This is a good opportunity to set personal goals for the school year. They will learn all five of the fitness components.

Aerobic Capacity, Muscular Strength, Flexibility, Muscular Strength and Endurance and Body Composition.

Encourage them to do their best and as always they should "Play 60" each day. 60 minutes of physical activity is key to an active lifestyle.
