Mission and Belief Statement

Northern Guilford Middle School's community is dedicated to creating a 
nurturing environment for all students. Our goal is to inspire students to develop 
the skills needed to take control of their lives and actions and to improve the 
quality of life for themselves, their community and their world.

Our school mascot is the Nighthawk.

Our school colors are Purple, Black, and Silver.

Instructional Hours:

8:25 a.m. - 3:25 p.m.

Daily Attendance Requirements: 
Students must be present 3 1/2 hours to be counted present for a school day. 
8:25 a.m.-12:00 p.m. or 12:00 p.m.-3:25 p.m.
