About me, Jamie Yi

Hi! My Name is Jamie Yi. I will be your child’s teacher for the 2017-2018 school year! This will be my 7th year teaching as adapted curriculum teacher at Guilford County Schools. I am excited to make this my best year with Mr. Wilson, who is a great Teacher Assistant.

For my childhood and family, I grew up in South Korea where I attended kindergarten through college. I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education from Sejong University.

I have a three and five year-old sons. My husband works at NC A&T. We love Greensboro, NC!

For my education in the U.S, in April of 2011, I graduated with a Master’s degree in Special Education K-12 and a teaching certificate in Elementary Education K-8 from Eastern Michigan University.
