I am from Lexington, North Carolina. I attended Wilkes Community College for 2 years where I also played baseball. Upon completing my Associates Degree I transferred to UNCG where I majored in Physical Education. I also attended ECU where I completed my Master’s Degree in Physical Education. This is my 10^th year teaching. I taught in Lexington for 6+ years, and this will be my 4^th year at Union Hill Elementary. I enjoy teaching young students the importance of being physically active and giving them the opportunity to see other sports or activities than what they may see at home
