Mr. Tyrelle Lee
My name is Tyrelle Lee, and I’m thrilled to serve as one of your assistant principals here at Walter Hines Page High School!
I’m entering my 15th year in education and have had the privilege of serving in a variety of roles—beginning as a high school personal care assistant, then as an 8th-grade social studies teacher, all within Guilford County Schools. Most recently, I served as an assistant principal in Rockingham County. I also completed my principal internship during the 2023–2024 school year as part of my school administration program.
This will be my second year as an assistant principal and my first at the high school level. I’m honored to bring my experience, energy, and commitment to student success to the Page community.
Academically, I hold a bachelor’s degree from Greensboro College, a Master’s in Educational Management from Strayer University, and completed my School Administration Add-on Licensure at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke.
Outside of school, I enjoy spending quality time with my amazing wife, Jennifer, our daughter, Harper, and our dog, Lily. I’ve also coached high school football and wrestling—experiences that have shaped my leadership style and deepened my passion for supporting students both in and beyond the classroom.
I look forward to learning and growing with each of you as we work together to make Page High School a place where every student and family feels seen, supported, and empowered.
Let’s make it a great year!
