Welcome!

My name is Mrs. Young and this is my ninth year teaching Second Grade at Colfax Elementary!

I graduated from Central Michigan University December 2013, and I moved down to North Carolina shortly after. 

I also recently graduated with my Master's degree in K-12 Literacy Education from UNCG in May 2021.

I am excited to have each one of your children in my class this year, and I look forward to helping them grow academically and socially throughout the school year!
