WorkKeys Career Readiness Credential

  • The WorkKeys Career Readiness Assessment is a system that measures essential workplace skills. It can also provide employers with needed information for career advancement. By completing the assessments, you can earn the National Career Readiness Certification (NCRC). 

    The NCRC is an assessment-based credential issued at four levels; Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze.     Who Takes the WorkKeys Assessment?

    A CTE Concentrator, defined as a senior who has completed two or more sequential CTE courses within a Career Pathway, will take the ACT WorkKeys Exam to earn the WorkKeys Career Readiness Certificate. This assessment is required for eligible CTE Concentrators.

    When Is This Assessment Given?

    WorkKeys will be given in the Spring to all Seniors who qualify.  You will be notified if you are schedule to take this assessment.
