    First things to check when having problems with the Chromebooks:

    1. Clear the browser data and restart the Chromebook. (control-shift-backspace, then click Clear data, then restart)

    2. Check to see if the ChromeOS is up-to-date. (Tap on clock, then on settings wheel. Search settings for Updates. Tap Check for updates. After update downloads, restart the Chromebook.) We are currently on version 135.0.7089.120. If your Chromebook is very out-of-date, you may have to run the update more than once to get to the most recent version.
