Hello everyone! 

I am new to Northwest Middle School this year, and I am excited to join the PE Department, as well as take on the Athletic Director role! As your Athletic Director, I am in charge of coordinating (with the principal) all athletic events here at the school, as well as the welfare of all athletes.

My journey to athletics began as a sports mom! I have 3 adult children who all attended and graduated from Southwest Guilford High School. My youngest kid began running track in the 8th grade, and he obtained a division one athletic scholarship in track at the University of NC-Charlotte. Go Niners! I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2017, specializing in sports massage therapy. In 2023, I graduated from the kinesiology department at Limestone University, a small liberal arts school in Gaffney, SC. 

When I'm not at school, I receive massage clients at my home-studio in Jamestown where I reside with my husband, Vincent, and an Australian Shepherd named "Noel". I also enjoy traveling, attending sporting events, and cheering for the Philadelphia Eagles!
