Hello, I am Ms. Thompson.
I am delighted to be the new School Library Media Coordinator at Frazier Elementary. I have 23 years of experience in education and a decade dedicated to library services. I bring a wealth of knowledge and a passion for fostering a love of reading and learning among students.
My extensive background in education has equipped me with a deep understanding of the diverse needs of students and teachers alike. Library Mission Statement:
Our school library is dedicated to empowering every student with the tools for lifelong learning and literacy. We foster a culture of knowledge and curiosity by providing access to high-quality information resources and services. Library Hours:
The Media Center is open on school days from 7:25 am-2:00 pm.
Classes visit the library weekly for media classes. Still, they can check out books on other days and times as allowed in their daily schedule.
Circulation Policies:
- Kindergarten: 1 print book at a time, 5 ebooks at a time
- 1st-5th Grade: 2 print books at a time (3 print books if no overdue materials) 5 ebooks at a time
- Students may check out additional printbooks when working on special projects.
- Parents/Guardians: 5 print books at a time, 5 ebooks at a time (Must sign up in the Media Center for an account)
