DR.DAPHONNIE BUCHANAN

Hello,

     My name is Dr. Buchanan. I will be your teacher this school year. I am the mother of four and the grandmother of six. I love spending time with my family and we often have movie nights to spend time together.

     This is my 22nd year of teaching. I have a bachelors degree in Elementary Education, Masters Degree in Middles Grades Education, an Educational Specialist Degree in Curriculum, Instruction and Professional Development, and an Educational Doctorate in Teacher Leadership. I am certified to teach Kindergarten through 9th grade.

     As your child’s teacher, I will always treat them with the care of one of my own children, as well as provide the structure that a teacher must provide so that they can be successful in 5th grade.
