Hello and Welcome to Sedgefield Elementary!!  I am Ms. Ferguson, your child's Kindergarten teacher. I am thrilled to have your child apart of my class and we are going to have such a great year! 

I am from Winston-Salem, NC and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a degree in Elementary Education. I have taught all grades K-2, and coming from teaching 2nd grade this past school year. When I am not teaching and at school, I enjoy taking trips to Target, TJ Maxx, and Marshalls, traveling, and designing on my Cricut Machine. I have 2 dogs, Luka and Karmela (Melly) and I am a huge Carolina Tarheel fan!

I am so excited to get to teach your child this year as they enter their first year of school. We are going to learn a lot together such as letter sounds, shapes, weather, the 5 senses, and so much more! They will learn and grow together reaching their highest potential and be apart of a great and welcoming classroom community.
