Mr. Anthony Tangredi

Greetings Northern Guilford Middle School Nighthawk Families,

I am Mr. Anthony Tangredi and I am very excited to join the Northern Guilford Middle School Family as the Seventh Grade Assistant Principal.  I began my educational career as high school math teacher and baseball coach at the Smith High School (2005-2013), from there I transitioned to middle school teaching math and coaching baseball at Cornerstone Charter Academy (2013-2018). Prior to joining Nighthawk Nation, I came back to GCS to the Academy at Smith where I served as high school math teacher once again and then became the dean of students at the Middle College of GTCC-High Point.  I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Math Education (2005) with a secondary education licensure from the UNCG as well as Masters in Secondary Math Education (2013) and finally a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership (2022) with a K-12 Principal License from High Point University.  I was born and raised in Massapequa Park, New York which is on Long Island. I enjoy sports, music, and science fiction.
