I am thrilled to be guiding our 7th graders through the exciting world of Social Studies. With a passion for history and government, I aim to make learning both enjoyable and impactful for my students.

I hold a BA in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and I’m dedicated to helping students develop a deep understanding of the past and its relevance to today’s world. My teaching philosophy centers on creating an engaging, supportive environment where every student feels valued and inspired to explore.

When I'm not in the classroom, you might find me refereeing basketball, hiking, traveling or spending time with my family. I look forward to another fantastic year of learning and discovery with our amazing 7th graders!
