Welcome to NW Theatre!

I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to teach your student the magic of theatre. At NW, we embrace every student, celebrating diversity in race, gender, and ethnicity.

As the founding director of Northwest Little Theatre at Northwest Guilford Middle School, this is my sixth year teaching in Guilford County Schools. I've had the pleasure of directing a variety of productions, including Grease, Our Town, Footloose, Into the Woods, 13 the Musical, High School Musical, and Mean Girls for the GCS Summer Arts program.

In addition to teaching, I bring over a decade of acting experience from regional theatres across the state. My regional credits include A Christmas Carol (Goodly Frame/NC Shakespeare Festival), The Lost Colony, The Hunting of the Snark (Roanoke Island Historical Association), South Pacific, and Beautiful Star: An Appalachian Nativity (Triad Stage). My educational credits include A New Brain, Antigone, and Hello Out There! (UNCG), and Hands on a Hardbody (GTCC). I also stage managed Dembe (Paper Lantern Theatre Company).

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Drama with a Minor in Musical Theatre from UNCG (2018) and am certified by the Actors Equity candidacy program and the Society of American Fight Directors. I am a licensed NC educator and a proud graduate of the GCS ACT program.
