GCSGuest WiFi Access
The Guilford County Schools Technology Department has implemented several changes to the wireless network throughout the district. These changes will allow GCS staff the ability to gain internet access for personal devices or non-IT managed devices, without the need for a Helpdesk ticket.
The 2-step process involves:
- Establishing network credentials through the GCS sponsor portal (only accessible from within the district). The portal allows for an individual to select credentials that extend from 1 - 300 days.
- Connecting to the GCSGuest wireless network. Once this process is completed, username and account settings can be saved, eliminating the need to re-enter this information each day.
After credentials have been created, please follow the steps and instructions for your device to connect to GCSGuest.
