Mr. Jairo Lopez

Hello! I am Mr. Lopez and this is my seventh year serving as an Assistant Principal at Southern Guilford High School. It is my goal to be a support for teachers, students, and families alike. This year I will be serving as the 10th grade administrator and the 9th grade administrator for last names N-Z. I also serve the administrator for the Exceptional Children, ESL, and World Languages departments, as well as the administrator supporting the SGHS Academy.

Prior to working at SGHS, I taught Spanish for 8 1/2 years at the Middle College at GTCC High Point. I also worked at Ferndale Middle School and High Point Central High School as Administrative Support in the 2017-2018 school year.
